Maison d'hôtes IZZA is a hidden gem! Isabelle and Mohammed are both amazing hosts. The property is removed from the center of town, but it is tranquil and serene, overlooking the valley. The decor was beautiful, bed EXTREMELY comfortable, and the entire property was exceptional. Do yourself a favor and make sure to secure dinner at the property because it is delicious! Every course was scrumptious and we were so full! Mohammed even made me rose and saffron tea which I still dream about as it was so so good and a perfect way to end the meal. Breakfast on the terrace was also beyond delicious. Mohammed helped give us great information on where to find rose products and tips for our journey the next day. We wish we could've had another night at this property but we are so so glad we found it. Thank you again Mohammed and Isabelle for the amazing memories!

Nested in the middle of the Atlas mountains this small kasbah style B&B is a jewel. Brigitte, the owner, made us feel completely at home. The food was fresh and delicious, specially the Moroccan bread prepared at home. The location is beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains and an old kasbah in front of it. The place was spotless clean. It is worth the small detour.

This Riad is tucked away in the roses valley and is much more than a typical place to stay. It has a very nicely built Berber style construction and very nice rooms. The main hall was very warm in winter and the rooms were cozy, decorated with good taste and with excellent facilities. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the hosts were very caring, kind, and professional. Thanks you to Mustafa, Youssef “strawberry” and Said for welcoming is so well, we hope to return very soon to your wonderful place. BONUS: ask to see the farm animals from where they get all the products that go into your breakfast: goat cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs. We were shown by Mustafa, one of the hosts, who also grows and cares for the farm. Riad Chems in reality is like an “agritourism” concept, where all products are local and the farm is joint to the hotel and the farm can be visited.

A unique experience in a typical Berber home if you want to be a little removed from the typical tourist track. Lahcen is amazingly kind and helpful. As an official tour guide he took us on a stunning walk and explained the geography and culture. The food was among the best we’ve had in morroco.

This is probably one of the best. We arrived in sunset went through the lobby outside, and then the view just came at us. wow. Ahmed was really friendly and walked with us around the property and showed us the room which was really spacious and with the most amazing balcony I ever had. Everything about this place is cute. it is well decorated, the structure is authentic built on top of the hill and has a really nice garden. we just loved it!

An amazing hidden gem. We showed up late and we were still welcomed into a beautiful Kasbah. We spent the evening in the courtyard under the stars drinking tea and enjoying the company of Muhammad and his family. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms nice. Great breakfast in the morning. Looking forward to visiting again.
