We had a wonderful stay at the B&B in Hattem. The place was cozy and very clean, had everything we needed for the one night. Frans has an amazing garden and my daughter was allowed to feed the chicken and collect eggs which were for us to keep. The place is a little outside of Zwolle but easy and quick to reach by car. You can hear the highway when you are outside but inside the house it is surprisingly quiet.

A lovely tiny houseboat - on a beautiful marina literally a few min walk to the historic old village of Hattem. The houseboat also has a roof deck so we could watch the sun go down around 10.30pm each night. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare our own meals for our stay. The bathroom had a good shower and we could walk from the boat to the surrounding nature area around the canal. A lovely scenic place to stay.
