The house was gorgeous with stunning views. Only a 25 minute walk from the train station so it's a good base if you want to explore. The spa is definitely worth the extra money, it was lovely to sit in the hot tub after a day of hiking or walking. The family has put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay as comfortable as possible and we appreciate everything they did. So all in all fantastic places we look forward to visiting again next time we are in Norway.

Quiet place for a piece of mind. A small hiccups during check-in but mostly vecause we arrived later than expected and out of season. Still, the place is exceptional.

The owner took the time to show us a church we were looking for that connected back to my grandfather. He was very informative about the area and Knowledgeable about the history of why Norwegians in this area emigrated to the US in the 19th century.
