The dinner was the best we have had in Norway and it was wonderful to be one tiny part of preserving the history of such a beautiful place. We walked to the sculpture garden at our hosts recommendation and we were cozy inside while the wind blew and the sea crashed under the docking in the night.

Spectacular stay in Hovden! The moment you enter the room and see that view you know you've made the right decision. Remote little Hovden truly feels like the edge of the world. Tove was a great help in getting us settled. Don't miss the wonderful cafe nearby!

Great communication with the host. Information regarding check-in was straightforward. The location was peaceful and quiet. If the weather is better, this would be an ideal location for northern lights viewing. It would be even nicer if coffee, shampoo, and shower gel was provided and if the heat inside the house would go up a bit more efficient :) Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!
