It's places like this that are the reason I choose hostels over corporate whenever possible (which is almost always). Everything about this place was exceptional—check in was friendly and personal (despite me not speaking very good Spanish), the room was large, clean, very comfortable, and air conditioned, the shower was hot (and it has a nice showerhead), the internet worked perfectly the entire time, they gave me a secure parking space, and allowed me to to checkout late at no extra charge. This is now one of my very favorite places to stay in the city!

Helpful concierge. Great location on the square with perfect restaurant options downstairs and across the street. From airport , you can take Metro to Cinco de Mayo for $2 pp and then Uber from there for $5, saving $40 taxi ride. Don't walk from Cinco de Mayo stop. Nice views from rooftop. Coffee pot and full fridge in room. Location of condo is in a heavily guarded sector of old city. Very safe.

Incredible location, everything is near. The host was not at home, but we didn't have any issues when we needed to reach her, and she was always willing to make our experience the best possible.

Even when my foot hurt in the middle of the night and he was there immediately to help. He showed the guests the village + walked with them to the Arbol tree.
