The number listed on booking could not be contacted!. We had to look for the owner/ staff to open the villa. Also, booking.com you are not responsive. Up until now, nobody has responded to my email. And no hotline!. If we have not been able to locate the staff, how would we be reimbursed?! 0 points for booking.com. better agoda they have a holiness and chat. Saving grace was the staff.
