OMG! This apartment is GORGEOUS! I LOVED the checkerboard floors, the platform bed, artworks, bathtub (I took a bubblebath!) and all the little welcome gifts - snacks, teas, bathroom amenities. The hosts are also wonderful. They're very responsive, welcoming and helpful. They are CrossFit champions and own the best gym. Since I'm really into fitness and healthy eating, too, we really hit it off. I'm sure we'll remain friends for life. Yeah! The location is good - 1. close to a huge supermarket and other shops. 2. walking distance to downtown historic district buildings. 3. close to several buses to reach other parts of the city.

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect just a few minutes away to the US Embassy and surrounded by great restaurants. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

What’s not to like? It’s spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, and located in a beautiful neighborhood of Asuncion. Staff is friendly and they give you a decent little continental breakfast with coffee. The small patio/pool area looks great but unfortunately the weather wasn’t that great when I stayed there so I never got a chance to use them. My room had a small fridge, which I always appreciate, a big comfortable chair in the corner, and a very nice bathroom that was bigger than many guesthouses I’ve stayed at in Asia.
