Great location - in a narrow quiet street, yet close to port, castle, town center and restaurants. Two large, free, public parking lots in immediate vicinity. Kind and friendly host who offered good advice on places to visit and dine in. Open-air "lobby" under the vine is open 24/7. Ample and delicious but not quite varried breakfast.

A step up from camping. In the village, next to the pier/docking area, with a coupon for breakfast at one restaurant. There are two other restaurants for dinner. The seafood one was great, and they take you to the fridge and ask you what you want and then offer cooking options. Great center for the Troy area, including Troy itself with the site and the new museum and all the way down to Assos.

Offering a bar and a shared lounge, Troia Pension in Akçapınar is close to Ancient Troya National Park and Ancient City of Troy.

This seems to be the only lodging in Troy. A great little pension. The owner and staff was very welcoming. His English was great. He is also a tour guide - one should take advantage of him for a guide. We had all oaur meals there - as the only other restaurant in town seems to cater to bus tours. A very short walk to the museum and a pleasant walk to the archaeological site. Staying here was a much better option that staying in Canakkale and taking a bus. The village is a quaint farming center. We took a pleasant walk through one eavening and had lots of friendly waves from locals. It was easy getting there from Izmir. A very scenic bus ride to Ezine and a short and very reasonably priced cab to the pensione. Our cab to Canakkale was arranged by the pension host. It was a quick trip to the bus station where we continued on to Istanbul.

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated by the artist owner. The bed was super comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Best of all was the spectacular view! The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. WiFi was consistently good. The owner, who speaks English, is kind and helpful with many suggestions to enjoy our time in Bozcaada. Breakfasts were plentiful and healthy, prepared with local and homemade products.
