The holiday home offers a terrace. Bear Creek Lodge & Cabins was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our 2 fur babies! Pam & Earl were Great Hosts. Right on the river, bikes, chess, games and more. There are so many things to do on the property that you don’t even need to go into town! If you need to go to town it is only a 10 minute walk! We will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights recently and Liz was the best host ever! She made sure we had everything we needed, and she always responded within minutes of us reaching out to her via call or text. The property itself is bigger on the inside, however it is still a little small, which wasn’t an issue at all; It actually forced us to be close and together more instead of isolated in ‘different parts of the cabin’. Liz, the host, was also out and about the campground visiting other campers/walking around during the property during the day, so it was never hard to find her. I think this is truly an optimal spot for a couple to come and fall in love again or just take a getaway trip! We will definitely be coming back!

The property is unique such that much of the furniture and decor are made from the nature surrounding the cabin! The windows provide great views of nature and is very cozy! The cabin is located on a back way towards downtown Helen so you can easily avoid the painfully slow downtown traffic jam! Would recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Helen!
