Excellent location: you may walk to everywhere. We could see the Imam Khoja minarette from.our window. Heated room, warm water, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Good wifi. 100%clean soft towels. There was even a hairdryer. Many plugs inside the room. The family that runs this local.guesthouse will go out of their way to get all requested done. Very helpful.We took as well the 3 castle tour through them. Good fast clear communication by mail in English. Rahmat! Some more hooks in the room (on the door/wall, bathroom)could be great to organize easier the room,as it is not very big. Bathroom could use a bit a makeover, but nothing that is really a big issue. I can recommend the place

Everything at the property was immaculate and by far the most comfortable bed for me in Uzbekistan so far. The breakfasts are wonderfully prepared and scrumptious. Arslan was such an accommodating host and a pleasure to meet. The accommodation is in a peaceful location & ideally nestled so close to all the sites within Ichan Qala.

The host family is very welcoming and truly try their absolute best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the Khiva old town. Breakfasts varied from day to day, one can see that each if them is made with care - they were happy to make adjustments according to my preferences. Despite the large spectrum of meals, each of them was delicious. Overall, I would definitely stay at the place again and can definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Khiva

The Polvonnazir Guest House is in a very convenient location inside the old city walls. It is small and homey— literally homey, since the family who runs it also lived there.     we loved that place! Excellent location (the old city is just opposite the street and 5 minutes away from the train station on foot, inside an authentic traditional village). Dinner was sublime. The family’s hospitality is amazing and the manager is always eager to help you out.
