It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We weren't sure what to expect of the apartment as it was a unique style of accommodation but we were very pleased and thought it was amazing value. It was essentially a hotel but with reception a few buildings down the road. We went straight to the Hotel Grauer Bar to check in as we weren't able to check in online. It was seamless when we arrived and they gave us great instructions on how to get to the apartment. I had also looked it up on Google street view so had a good idea where I was going but it was easy to find with the instructions from the staff at the hotel. We were able to park at the hotel for a small fee and were able to use the amenities at the hotel as part of our booking which was great. It was very cool to be in the Old City part of Innsbruck and the city was very walkable which was great.

Amazing location (and view!!), super comfy and modern apartment with everything you need, super nice beds, cute balcony, gorgeous (and quiet) spa facilities that I LOVED. Right next to the cable cars taking you up the mountain for beautiful hikes. Seriously, go here!! 🧖‍♀️ We could even do some laundry which was great, and the staff is very kind too. And I travel A LOT, so I know how different things can be haha.

Free WiFi is available. Our room was very big, with a lot of space and beautiful view. The kitchen had everything. Ski slopes are very near hotel, you do not have to carry skiis, you just have to go outside and you are on the slope. This hotel is very good for the family.

Offering mountain views, Haus Monika und Haus Claudia is an accommodation located in Mayrhofen, 46 km from Krimml Waterfalls and less than 1 km from Congress Zillertal - Europahaus Mayrhofen. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. A lovely, family-owned guesthouse with a truly welcoming atmosphere. I stayed here the day before starting the Berliner Höhenweg, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and cozy, with a balcony offering beautiful mountain views. Quiet location, yet close to everything in Mayrhofen. Perfect for relaxing before or after days on the trails. I would definitely stay here again.

On-site parking and WiFi are available for free. I love family hotels/guesthouses! This one is easily one of the best we've stayed at. Great breakfast, they have pretty much all you need (scrambled eggs included). Small shared kitchenette is a lovely touch, didn't expect it 👍 In common area there's a TV with PS4 and NES - was a great opportunity to introduce my daugther to retro gaming 😎 Higly recommend this place, we loved our 3 nights here
