It is stated as continental but it is better than that with poached eggs, bacon and pancakes also available. Freshly prepared Coffee and Tea are served. Richard and Evie are exceptional hosts. The facilities in the room are 5 star and well maintained. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. Perfect location for all the sights on Phillip Island including The nightly penguin parade.

The accommodation is air conditioned and is equipped with a spa bath. Guests can enjoy garden views. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.
