Spacious and well equipped apartment with a fantastic view. Public swimming pool and supermarket are right next to the apartment. During our stay there was the Hautes Fréquences festival in the village, but hardly anything could be heard from inside.
This is a wonderful privately owned and operated hotel. It makes a change from the sameness of the multiples. Waiters are in white jackets and bows with excellent customer service. The location itself is a little village in its own right up a steep hill overlooking Montreux and the lake. The view in the morning is the most magnificent view I have ever had while enjoying breakfast. Staff are friendly, especially Jasmine, on reception. This hotel represents old world values in the best possible sense.
Excellent location. Beautiful cute village. Good communication with the hosts. The well-designed room has everything you need. And there is also a comfortable sitting area outside, including a barbecue. Beautiful view from the windows. The house is close to the gondola, shops and comfortable hiking trails in nature. It is recommended to take the gondola to the top of the mountain. The view from there is really amazing. You can walk down.
Cosy and comfortable chalet with a beautiful view! Good access to hiking trails and public transport. We were welcomed by Guillaume who gave us the keys and a tour of the house and who was available at all times during our stay in case of problems or questions. We loved eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace overlooking the valley and we found the village of Gryon very charming and quite lively, with a bar, a good restaurant and a grocery store.
Great room in a nice village, great kitchen with all amenities and even simple food and drinks available for sale. The restaurant down the street was also very helpful.
The hotel/restaurant is located on the lake side in a charming village Bursinel. It features amazing views on the lake, countryside and mountains.
Breakfast was excellent with good quality local products, the room was basic but clean and with everything I needed for one night, the garden was nice and the hotel is close to the village and close to supermarket. I travel by bike and I could bring the bike in the room with me.
Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice lobby, excellent location. Ticket for local public transport included in the stay, very convenient for trips in the city and near villages.
