This hostel has so many wonderful qualities. We stayed in a private room with an en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for the three of us. The beds were clean, neat, and very comfortable, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, making tour pickups incredibly convenient since everything was so centrally located. Although we missed breakfast for the first two days due to early tours, the staff went above and beyond by arranging packed lunches for us. They even proactively reached out via WhatsApp, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ve honestly never experienced such excellent communication from a hotel before. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The water refill station is a great added bonus, and their restaurant, ROOTS, offers some truly delicious menu options. If you’re too tired to head out for a meal, you can simply step outside your room and enjoy amazing food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The 4 bed dorm was perfect and comfortable with good storage. A good kitchen with lots of herbs and spices and oil to use (which is always a pleasant surprise). The pool was great too!

Besides a filling breakfast, there's a kitchenette available with microwave and stove if you wanted to prepare your own meals. The host, Erwin, is helpful and friendly. It's a short 10 minute walk to the town main street over mostly paved surface.

The staff were really lovely and very accommodating. The room was spotless, cleaned every day and the bed was so comfortable! WiFi worked really well and there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast was nice too! Location was good, a short walk into town and in a quiet area. Would definitely recommend!

Roberta was very kind and helped us getting a taxi to Calama airport for a fair price! The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is not in the center but the center is very walkable. Since it is a bit out of town it is very quite during the night and day. The breakfast was very nice, we had lots of fruits, bread,egg and yoghurt with cereals. We stayed in different accommodations in San Pedro and this was definitely the best!

Overall, I am satisfied with the house.
