On this occasion I had a Superior Apartment with a city view and it was just that that - superior. It was very comfortable from the furniture to the underfloor heating and kitchen with the added bonus of a washer/dryer. I also liked the underground secure car park and the location. Right in the centre of Denzlingen you have all the restaurants and shops you need. I especially recommend Restaurant Filou.

Wonderful pension, great rooms, sustainable, beautiful garden and surroundings, minutes away from the hiking/biking trails one and the city-center the oposite direction. Lovely hosts that will not only serve you healthy breakfast of your choice but also offer a variety of homemade goodies, including homemade breads and spreads, all that in a room with the view (glass wall) and few musical instruments to play. We surely are booking our next stay(s) in this lovely place!

A great little apartment with views over the beautiful town of Altensteig, dramatically lit at night and with interesting walks in the daytime. The apartment is furnished in the mid century style with many original features and thoughtfully setup to make guests welcome. The hosts Sondrio and Dani were just great.

Everything was well thought of and is of repute brand. The location is exactly as promised, around 12-15 min walk from gengenback station. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. The old town main street is very nearby, around 5-7 min walk. Grocery store is at a distance of around 700 Mtr. The kitchen is well equipped and has good stock of materials. Crockery and furniture are of Ikea and looks brand new. Owners are very friendly and fulfilled our smallest of requirements. Konus card is provided by owner which will make your black forest region public transport free (except high speed trains, special trains, cable cars etc. Please refer konus card policies). If you want a peaceful, serene stay then gengenback will give you that. There is nothing to explore in the town so don't spend much time exploring it rather go out and explore triberg, Baden Baden etc.
