We love everything about Randi & Joanna's place! First the location. It is very strategic from the tram and bus. If you're hungry, there's a supermarket, pizza, ice cream cafe, bakery (their butter croissant is wonderful btw), and döner kebab place nearby. If you're in town with a car, Randi and Joanna will get you covered with a garage. The place is squeaky clean and spacious. What we also loved is their attention to details. We were in Kassel for a family trip with a 19mo baby, and they provided us with the baby bed (very comfortable one! Our daughter slept through the night), plastic eating utensils, a high chair, and even a toilet seat (our daughter is not potty trained yet, but still!!!!) The bed is really comfortable, we slept like a baby just like our daughter lol. The room is also spacious, our daughter could run and play. Another plus point, they have a bathtub for an even more relaxing experience. Before your arrival, Randi and Joanna will send you all the details for the key, garage, etc, and they are always available for questions. The apartment also has some board games, coffee, tea, and many many more. And not only a stove and microwave, they also have a juicer and an orange juice maker!! Talking about a balanced healthy travel! Overall, we are very very happy. Thanks Randi and Joanna for a very comfortable and memorable stay in Kassel. My family and I were traveling around West Europe. We wish we would stay more days at this particular apartment. It was so clean and cozy. Usually, landlords make everything cheap and unlivable. This place was inviting, and charming with so many small details and beautiful interior design. The apartment has roof windows, a dishwasher, a spacous bathroom, a lot of flowers and decorations, a beautiful balcony with candles and lights, pillows, swings... I could sit on that balcony day and night. Parking is free on the side of the street. There is a huge forest nearby, a public, open-air swimming pool for 4 eur per person. A medieval, adorable old town is nearby. We had a fantastic, traditional German dinner at Odenwälder Gut Stubb right on the corner of the apartment.
