Fil suites are located in a recently restored building in a quiet neighborhood in the historic part of Palma, about a 3-minute walk from the A1 airport bus. The whole historic area is within walking distance. In the vicinity, there are several restaurants and cafes. All close at 23:00. No noise arrived from the outside. The silence in our room, located on the top floor, was absolute. By the time we arrived, there was no one at the reception, open from 9:00 to 21:00. However, the access to the premises by code was straightforward. An envelope at the reception contained the access cards to the room. All simple and easy. The wi-fi worked very well. So did the air conditioning. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are comfortable and lovely decorated. A bathroom located next to the luggage room offers the possibility for guests to take a shower before leaving.

When staying at the apartment, guests can use private entrance. .The location is wonderful for family with young kids. You can access to the beautiful sandy beach within 3 minutes walk. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We have received a very warm welcome from Hubert, the best owner we have experienced. He is always there to answer our questions and even helped us on the first day to get some grocery from the bigger supermarket in the neighbouring city. Blue House will always be our choice of Holiday staying in mallorca. Thank you.

Facilities for disabled guests are also offered at the property. It was so fresh and clean, modern but with lots of the buildings original character. The pictures really don’t do this place justice! Perfect location if you have a hire car, you can reach all sides of the island so easily. The staff were fantastic too! I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before but our stay was just fantastic! Highly recommend. Oh and the views and sunsets, unreal.
