Meltemi is conveniently located within 100 metres from a supermarket. Batsi Village is filled with traditional taverns and café-bars. Free public parking is available on site. Very close to the centre of Batsi. The room was very clean and quiet but seemed not to have a good soundproofing. During our stay there, the lady cleaned up every day and replaced the bed lining and the towels every second day! One morning, she saw us drinking our coffee in the yard and offered us some of her homemade candies. The day we were to leave the island (our ferry was to leave at 21:00 and the checkout was at 11:00 o'clock) so they asked us how we planned to spend the remaining hours till our departure. Hearing that we would enjoy a little bit more the sea, they offered us a clean room just to take a proper shower after the sea. We didn't take their offer, but this was very kind of them. We will definitely stay there if we visit again the island.
