Best place to be if you primarily want a beach holiday, but also like to be near enough to enjoy the wonderful old town of Skopelos. Decent sized, well-equipped rooms, all with balconies offering wonderful views of the bay, the churches of the old town, and the beach, which is just 50 meters down the (quite steep) road. The premises include a pool with sunbeds and common sitting area, and lots of vegetation, all carefully maintained by Mr Dimitris and his family, who are readily available, welcoming, communicative and ready to help with all ordinary and (as we found out) less ordinary issues. Fresh towels and linen provided every few days. If you wish to go to Skopelos town often, be aware that the 20-25 minute walk is mostly uphill and can be challenging if you are not in shape. If you come by car (which is the best solution), parking is provided.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the sea. Stamatiou Estate was more than we expected. The room was extra clean and comfortable for two persons. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The owners made every extra effort to make us feel safe during Hurricane Daniel and was always present whenever we needed anything. Room was cleaned daily. When we will return to Skopelos, we will stay again on this Estate for sure.

The hosts are amazing people and they were really the integral part of our stay at Skopelos! The apartment was super spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and very very clean. We really liked our cleaning lady and we were always happy to see her too! Andromache complex also has a nice garden with a sea-view. Parking is private and you always have your own spot. All in all, fantastic hospitality and we are definitely coming back :)

It offers air-conditioned studios with furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea and the scenic Skopelos Town. Great location, the place was new and very clean. The owners were very helpful and picked us up from the port Views from the apartment were unbelievable!

Our rooms were wonderful and surpassed our expectations. The rooms both had a balcony that provided a fantastic view of the ocean. The Nemesis is surrounded by a garden on the top of a hill that overlooks the ocean. The family that ran the place are the nicest people and were super helpful. We didn't want to leave.
