The place was big and spacious, cheers to the driver that helped us out that much ! the mosque music wasnt that loud thb the gated area added an additional level of security estate wasnt fully occupied so no one complained about the noise we made at night car park in front of house lots of dustbins had some toiletries like soap and shampoo relativity clean small kitchen but we didnt need much anyway

He also recommended a pretty good seafood restaurant about 7mins drive away from the properly. Both the host, guest staff, and driver were easily contactable and replied to messages promptly. Checked-in at about 5pm with no hassle. The property was exactly as the pictures, and we all had a good night's rest. Drinking water is provided, and parking spot outside the villa is available. The location is about 15 mins by car from Sekupang ferry terminal, 20 mins to Batam Cable-ski Park/Marina Sirkuit Go-kart/Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. Traffic around the area was smooth. Convenient location if you would like to go for activities at Waterfront City and shopping/massage. We felt safe staying around that area, knowing that the owner was staying beside the property. As it is a residential area, we were worried we would be too noisy past 8pm, but it seemed to be fine as we were chatting and having fun inside at a comfortable volume without receiving any complaints. It was not easy for Grab/Taxi drivers to find the villa on their map, making pick up a bit of a problem. There is a location description provided, so remember to key that in. Pin the exact location on your phone's navigation app so that it's easier to guide the driver when going back to the property. We used the property's driver for most trips downtown for convenience.
