Excellent service, staff were very helpful and kind. They have a shuttle service and it is great. Hotel is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

The staff were friendly. The location was great. I managed to see Mount Fuji on the 7th floor!! What an amazing spot. The also offered private onsen on reservation for JPY 3,300 (50 mins max)

The food was great, each meal was made up of various dishes, typically japanese. The view of the lake and mount fuji from the room and the public bath was breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Everything, from the front desk, staff, facilities in general, the upgrade room to president room and so on, also I would like to highlight here the special attention from Veronica, who took care the services in our breakfast and dinner, she was amazing!! Very polite and courteous with us.

道龍house se nachází v destinaci Azagawa a nabízí sdílený lounge a terasu. Jezero Kawaguči se nachází 2,5 km odtud, Fuji-Q Highland 2,9 km a Hora Fudži 25 km. Host went above and beyond by picking us up and dropping us off at the bus station and also letting us in early and leave our bags in the lobby area on the last day for us to collect later. House was very clean and well maintained.

Staying at Umeya was definitely a highlight of our trip in itself. Honjo was incredibly attentive and caring to our needs, and told us about the wonderful history of this centuries old house. It is located just minutes away from one of the most beautiful shrines I got to see in Japan, I'll never forget the trees leading towards the shrine! Thank you Honjo :)
