Boasting a shared lounge and views of quiet street, 1st Luxury Warehouse is a recently renovated apartment situated in Cancún, 7.4 km from Cancun Underwater Museum. This apartment features free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The apartment has a business centre, as well as a fax machine and photocopier that guests can use. This place was absolute luxury had everything you needed including mini bar (prices were really cheap €1.50 for a beer). Bed was super comfy too! Location is about a 10 minute drive from the airport and located on an industrial site which has security guard at the entrance. Felt totally safe. There is also a guy who manages the building on site to greet you. We arrived close to midnight and had no issues. I would recommend using USA transport shuttle company, they know the warehouses really well. There is a cafe next door where you can grab breakfast, which was pretty cheap too. We could have easily stayed here longer!

On the mornings you can hear the birds and during night it is relaxed. really pretty small hotel, away from all the hustle and bustle, very quiet. View from the balcony over the ocean is beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast good (eggs, beans, toast, fruits, coffee/tea, juice). comfy beds. location is good. they have bikes for free.

Conveniently located in downtown Cancun Bed and Breakfast Pecari is 15-20 minutes walk from the ADO station, 20 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive from the entrance to the hotel zone and beach. The staff were so wonderful- kind, helpful and accommodating! Check in was easy with clear instructions, the room was huge and the aircon and fan were a welcomed addition in the heat. The included breakfast was good (eggs, toasts, hot beverages etc). The pool was lovely and the outside area was a great place to spend the afternoon.

Not far from the cleanest and maybe the best beach in Playa del Carmen - Mamita beach (Playa mamitas). Clean pool with ample sunbeds and a lot of natural shade. Extremely polite and professional staff at the reception.

Very friendly , arty and independent couple run this snapshot of the jungle. They picked us up from airport, treated us well and took us to a local bbq around the corner. If you are ever arriving or leaving cancun then this is the perfect spot for a day or 2.
