Ursula was very welcoming and helpful with everything - we even got something to eat when we arrived late and hungry after a long bus ride. Thank you very much!! We enjoyed the garden, a quiet hideaway from the noisy outside world :) Breakfast was good and we could leave our baggage there to explore Puno before we took our next bus in the afternoon.

We spent such special time together. The rooms are clean and the views are amazing!!! A home away from home and I consider them family now. Can't wait to return.

The son was always available. To order a taxi, take us to the store or the chicken restaurant nearby. He was close to us and early in the morning to see us off and make sure everything was ok. Great guys. Highly recommend!
