1. The owner was very supportive, helped us with transportation from arrival bus station, 2. Large size apartment, 3. Large kitchen with all appliances to cook food, 4. Separate couch that folds out to a bed, 5. Good shower with shampoo and conditioner.

What’s not to like? It’s spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, and located in a beautiful neighborhood of Asuncion. Staff is friendly and they give you a decent little continental breakfast with coffee. The small patio/pool area looks great but unfortunately the weather wasn’t that great when I stayed there so I never got a chance to use them. My room had a small fridge, which I always appreciate, a big comfortable chair in the corner, and a very nice bathroom that was bigger than many guesthouses I’ve stayed at in Asia.

Much attention to detail! Very clean, everything is constantly cleaned or being cleaned. We slept better here than at home. The host is so helpful and friendly and Norma is constantly looking after your needs and keeping everything clean and ready to use. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning and to referring family and friends. This is staying with friends!
