The location was perfect , very close to the center and around the very best spots to eat. It had free and spacious parking, and property was safe in every direction inside and out. The host very communicative and welcoming. I definitely saved the place and will book again when I go to Prizren. Keep it up!

Rooms were lovely, modern and very clean. Good size too, we had a twin room with a balcony and had enough space for our backpacks. Bathroom also very clean and a great shower. Loved all the artwork in the room and around the hotel. Great location in the old town and only a 15 minute walk from the main bus station. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

Immediately brought more (brand new) utensils when we noticed we had no forks. Balcony view of the city is unparalleled. Very quiet neighborhood but super close to downtown. Felt safe and had private parking. Could not be happier soaking in the history and listening to the call to prayer from the apartment.

E-19 Home is a hidden gem of hospitality in Prizren; it is a place that will make you feel like you have found a home for you. The apartment is spacious and supplied with everything you may need plus books and other stuff concerning Kosovo's history and culture. The owner is really welcoming, helpful and courteous, he was also very quickly responding to us when needed. The only con I may think of is the poor heating of the bathroom, but overall it was easy to get the whole house heated, even if it was already mid-November when we visited the town. I will definitely stay at E-19 Home if in Prizren again.

Toilet and shower ok. Air conditioning in the room and in the sitting room (big TV). People were professional and kind. Very good WiFi connection, quite fast to upload photos or watch programs. We had a good rest and sleep. We loved the atmosphere of Prizren and the views from the fortress are amazing. I recommend to visit Prizren, it’s the most beautiful town in Kosovo. Arel’s Home is the perfect place to stay in Prizren.

The host is attentive in every detail: she often brought us sweets, fresh coffee, and even a full umbrella when she noticed we only had a rain jacket. She also left water in the room and checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect for us. The room is very comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything we needed. The sunset view is absolutely beautiful and made our time in Prizren even more special. It truly felt like home. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here as a family during the weekend. The host was very friendly and all the check-in was arranged so it was very easy to find the location via directions. The rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with all facilities. The location is very near the old town so it is very near the beautiful Prizren castle. Enjoyed every moment of stay here.The view from the balcony was amazing as you can see the Prizren castle during the day and exceptionally during the night when is covered in bright lights.Overall exceptional stay and location.Looking forward to our next visit.
