The room was clean, comfortable, and had a perfect layout that made the space feel very functional and relaxing. The balcony was really nice and added a special touch to the stay. The free parking was definitely a plus. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. I truly wish I had stayed longer and would be happy to return.

The property is well located and includes free parking. The area is safe, the hotel is new and very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. Traveled to Orlando for a friends wedding and Ubered from the airport to this hotel that I booked in advance and I was shocked at what I arrived to. The hotel looked vacant, inoperable, under construction or renovation and definitely not ready to accommodate me. Such an unpleasant experience, very unprofessional and simply embarrassing. Calling the number given in the booking confirmation had me spinning my wheels, no one picks up and no one to get in contact with. The site will give you numbers that don’t work so you’re basically stranded. Had to ask a friend to pick me up and stay with them. Still trying to get my refund back which has also been a terrible experience. Booking.com claims to be investigating. I have picture proof etc. WOULDNT RECOMMEND, DONT DO IT. 0/10!!!

I loved it! Staff was very nice. Hotel was very clean in every way and the beds are big and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable rooms, minibar, ample parking, decent internet, great conditions for remote working if required. Very professional and helpful stuff - congrats to all! Front desk accepts parcels (UPS, Amazon, etc.) in the guests' names. Close to UCF and restaurants.

Rachel at the front desk is an absolute shining star! She greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude. She makes each guest experience personal. We were there for a concert, along with several other guests. It was also a UCF game day. When we checked in, she asked if we were there for the concert and seemed genuinely interested. The next morning at breakfast she wanted to hear about our concert experience and even shared that she had listened to some songs by the band to talk about! Talk about individualized service. The property and location were great for what we needed. The other staff that we interacted with were also top notch!!!

Perfect location! Fantastic shopping, dining, a cinema, and bowling are all within a few miles. Beautiful nature trails are also nearby for outdoor lovers.

We loved our time at Residence Inn. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed! Breakfast was amazing and had everything we could want. The staff was wonderful!

Everything was great, except the line at breakfast bc the waffle maker being at the beginning of the food line held everyone up. I would suggest moving that to the end of the food line. 😊

Everything But something that was amazing for me was the fact they have a laundry that you can use with coins. It was perfect tp wash all our bag of dirty clotles.

Excellent location to UCF. Onsite restaurant was fantastic.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, great value for money! I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling to the Orlando UCF area. The front desk worker who greeted us (I think her name was Jane) when we checked in was fantastic - very kind, professional, and helpful!!

Everything. Great staff. Sohail an employee in the lobby and did everything to his power to accommodate me in a room while treating me so great like if I was family .

11/27/25. Totally comfv. Hard to leave. Todd, front desk, mid-day shift, the MOST pleasant, professional, enjoyable helpful staff at any hotel/motel I've started at anywhere. Stay at Wyndham Baymont just to see Todd. He made my staycation wiorth every penny. I even extended 2 nights. Helpful, pleasant .. stay here just for Todd.
