The location is great - just near the lake. And in winter it is very calm in there. And also it is not far to Sevan town by walk - there is a pass through highway. It was warm enough in the house. Wi-Fi was great. The house had everything we needed, including a hair dryer. On our way out, the hotel owner gave us a free ride to Sevanavk.

A fantastic choice. Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

Such a kind family running the guesthouse. They invited us for a wonderful dinner and got to meet the extended family. We also had coffee and pastries with them. There is a washing machine free to use, a small kitchen, and lake view of Sevan. There are restaurants and small supermarket a short walk away. A taxi to Sevan city or the peninsula is 15 minutes and easy to catch one through yandex. It is an amazing stay for the price.
