This was truly a unique stay. Besides that, the hotel was architecturally interesting to stay at and truly one of a kind, the host was so welcoming and nice. The property had a beautiful living room where you could hang out with friends or others. Breakfast was splendid. He made sure every detail was accounted for, making the stay extra comfortable. We came through on a bike tour and wanted a place to refresh ourselves with a good breakfast. It exceeded expectations in every single way.

Family owned, partly renovated, good breakfast, sustainability-approach, good meals, family made products like oil etc... In the evening dinner-tables in the rather small outside area were reserved although we did not ask to do so or even tell we would stay at dinner - otherwise we would not have any seats.

Beautiful and peaceful location with amazing host. Premises werre kept very clean and tidy. Spaceous rooms and big yard right next to Thaya river for spending time and barbecuing. A lot to see nearby; castles, and cute little towns/villages. Flexible check-in and check-out. Recommend!

Good communication with hosts via WhatsApp; easy to access with key safe; great location: 5 minutes walk to city center; 10 minutes walk to Spar supermarket; directly at all bike routes; spacious, very clean, lovely architecture, very well equipped and additional amenities i.e. tissues, salt & pepper, paper towels, even cream in the fridge. Fairly quiet although it's located directly at the main street. Bikes could be stored in locked garage.
