Staff were friendly and always around to answer any questions. There were lots of ladies showers, and they were kept very clean. Rooms were spacious and included a desk and a secure locker each (which locked with your room key). The bunk beds were really solidly built and comfortable (not the flimsy squeaky type you get in most cheap hostels!)
