Helena was a lovely host. She prepared the room on a last minute booking and accommodated all of our needs. She was full of local information. It was fantastic that her yard is secure and we were able to let our dogs loose after being stuck in the car for relocation from Victoria.

We booked a night here on our roadtrip up north travelling with our 2yo. From the warm hospitality, the complimentary welcome drink, and great atmosphere we knew we landed in the right place. The hotel has Incredible old world charm tastefully decorated and was exceptional value for money. Definitely not a bland, modern hotel thankfully, an increasingly rare find these days. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates an historic space beautifully remodelled that's run by a fantastic couple. The excellent restaurant, live jazz, kitchenette with free coffee, milk (Inc non dairy) treats , cereal etc was fantastic.
