Comfortable, clean, modern, owner was great to communicate with, entry on arrival was super easy, could park right outside the front door and was able to bring our dog with us - would definitely recommend this place to others and would certainly pick this host/house to stay with again. The dog was even left a little welcome pack/station which was a very thoughtful addition.

Manee's on Elphin is an excellent alternative to hotels in Launceston, especially if you are traveling with family of friends. It is just 10 min walk from the the central area and next to a supermarket. It it exquisitely furnished with a very personal touch and is equipped with everything necessary. The host is extremely accommodating and caring. We were extremely sorry that we could not stay longer in this wonderful place.

Very quiet and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the supermarket. Very spacious for four adults. We are travelling around Tasmania and it was wonderful to have both a washing machine and a drier.

    This is a must visit home whilst touring tassie, staying in Launceston we were treated to a luxurious home at a very reasonable price location is semi industrial and provided a quiet location to enjoy local sights. Cooking in this kitchen was amazing the rear garden was a wonder to view and walk through, I felt at home and my partner did not want to leave. Thank you to the owner and the rental team
