Excellent value! Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean. We had a kitchenette which was great for eating some meals in. The grounds are clean and d well kept. Jose and his wife very friendly!

Nice place just by the coast, comfortably outside of the sometimes manic golf cart dreadlock of the town center. The walk on the beach side to dead center is about 15ish minutes, 10ish to the first restaurants. Has a good chilling area outside with a palapa, chairs and hammocks. Thw staff is lovely and helped us with snorkeling tours and golf cart rental. The room was roomy with two beds and a desk + a minifridge. There are good breakfast options a few blocks walk toward the town and a nice coffee stand within premises which opens a bit later in the morning for people who don't usually wake up at 6am like us.The beach bar outside is far enough away that there is no sound pollution from there coming to the rooms (at least to the Casa Blanca building where we were). Decent internet for an island location: 26.90MB/s down, 25.17MB/s up, with 44ms latency.

Everything about this beachfront villa was perfect. My husband and I were welcomed by the friendly property manager Celeste and were pleasantly surprised with balloons as we were celebrating our anniversary. The studio apartment was very clean, stylish, and roomy and had the best ocean and lagoon views. The studio was well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast options and the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on site. The food was always tasty and the service was quick. We especially loved the private beach and the amazing water. It was nice to be away from the busyness of Secret Beach but also convenient enough that we were not far away from anything. The entire property was well kept and the staff always made sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything. Shoutout to Lee, Silvia, Justin, and Celeste for making our 3-night stay at the villa an amazing and memorable experience. 3 dogs live on site and were extremely friendly. We can't wait to come back.

Hotel is modern and absolutely beautiful! The food was fresh, staff is extremely friendly. Rooftop pool was awesome. It's only a 5 minute golf cart to downtown. Room was very spacious and bathroom was huge, beautiful patio too. Would absolutely stay again.

    The Location! Location! Perfectly situated on the lagoon! Perfect place in the center. Mike the owner is amazing! He is excellent in communication and very quick with solution. Internet was good. A little patchy at night but overall good! The pool and outdoor space was excellent add on! Mike kept the pool very clean which we appreciated very much because of our kids. Very nice property! And Location. Extremely close to resturants and Delis.

    I love the location for its right in the middle of town. Right off the water taxi with a 2 minutes walk. And you have restaurants, shops, and so much more in walking distance. It was a very clean and comfortable and secure place place to stay. I would and will recommend you guys. Thanks again

    Fantastic location. Plenty of parking space close by for my rented golf cart. The busy main streets are just 2 blocks from this hotel. The 2 ferry terminals - San Pedro Express and Waterski are within short walking distance from this hotel. The latter ferry terminal is for Chetumal, Yucatan, Mexico and Caye Caulker. The former ferry terminal is for Belize City and Caye Caulker. For those on a budget, this hotel offers good breakfasts, lunch and dinner menu at affordable prices.
