The property was excellent. We’ll cares for and clean. The room I had was great. Everything about this stay was good and a great value too.

Nice quiet location but still close to downtown, lots of parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast options were standard but just what I needed.

The A C was not working. Mgr said supposedly that was mentioned on line booking. It was not. I would have booked elsewhere if that was the case. I told him I want a fan. He got one and it Worked well enough. My room was supposed to be ready at 1 pm. Through challenges like getting a flat tire fixed, I arrived at 5 pm. Still not ready. I got back to my room at 9 pm and he was just finishing cleaning the room. Apparently staff are hard to get. I was looking forward to a shower, which did not work. Pissed off is an understatement . Had to take a bath. No coffee maker in the room. Continental breakfast was a flop. No coffee cups left. One of the worst hotel visits in my life. I want a full refund.
