Staying at Jägerhof in Saas Fee was truly outstanding. Upon arriving at the bus station, I called the hotel, and the owner himself came to pick us up, which set the tone for a warm, personalized experience. Once we reached the hotel, he took the time to explain everything about Saas Fee, highlighting activities and must-see spots. We were handed the key to our suite on the 4th floor, complete with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The overall atmosphere felt like staying with family, as we shared stories and cultural insights, discovering similarities in our backgrounds. They offer breakfast and dinner daily, and on the evening we dined, they went the extra mile to provide halal/kosher options, which added a special touch of hospitality that we deeply appreciated. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We were fortunate to experience both a late summer ambiance and snowfall during our stay, which added a magical touch. Although we came to ski and their ski-in, ski-out feature wasn’t ready due to limited snow, the natural beauty and warmth of the hotel more than made up for it. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we had a second family in Saas Fee. We’re already looking forward to visiting again, perhaps in the summer season.

Beautiful location right in the center of town, very close to the grocery store and bus station, walking distance from the lifts, clean and comfortable apartment, and unparalleled service from the Navigare team regarding all sorts of questions or assistance. The size of the room exceeded my expectations. It was very large and comfortable. With ample seating space, it was a great room for a weekend where we were locked in because of storms in the mountains. We also got a late checkout as the roads were closed due to the storm.

The Hotel Etoile staff is very kind and helpful, and they speak in good English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese... The building surroundings are very beautiful and quiet, with great views to the garden and to the mountains. I had a very great and peaceful time there! Besides Saas-Fee is so pleasant, it's really worth visiting.

Lovely hosts. Staff exceptionally friendly. Room very modern, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was superb both for evening meal and breakfast. Breakfast was very good, and the evening meal was superb. The outside area was compfortable with a great view. We were there out of season and it was good so can only imagine how fabulous it could be in season.

    The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!

    Good location in the village, not particularly close to the lifts but not far either and Saas Fee is tiny so as long as you can walk a little it's perfect. Not too crammed with three people. Not what I'd call cheap but it was the best value we could find in Saastal and certainly much cheaper than neighboring Zermatt

    The apartment was spotless! The location was very close to the lifts and the main street which was ideal. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The wifi signal was strong enough for me to use Zoom and make video calls easily (it may be different during high season as I visited in November and it wasn't very busy) The lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a super easy and comfortable stay!
