The rooms and facilities are perfect. Was even offered a complementary massage. Many choices for dinner and a breakfast buffet in the morning. Our room was enormous and beautifully . The staff were excellent. It was nice discovery on our way to Colchaqua from Puerto Varas

A really nice place where I was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's only 2 blocks from the main Plaza and there are lots of places to eat that are very close. It was very hot so it was awesome to have air conditioning. I appreciated the fresh fruit and whole wheat bread at breakfast.
