Excellent value for money. Great location. Close to a supermarket, which was good to utilise the kitchen. Esteban was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He organised a shuttle to Monteverde for us that was cheaper than anywhere else we could find. I even got an invite to go and play Soccer with his local friends.

Ideal location for activities in the area. 4x4 required for most travelling especially when experiencing torrential rain and uneven roads. Hot pool at hotel excellent. Restaurant acceptable though nothing special. Comfortable room and pretty good shower.

Location was great. Close enough to everything but out away from the noise. The pool area is amazing and the tours done by Armando made our experience even better. The breakfast is cheap and delicious with an amazing view of the volcano as you eat breakfast. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was very clean.

The staff makes the whole experience wholly amazing!
Very clean accommodations and the possibility to borrow forks and plates to cook something fast in your room. Breakfast is also very affordable! The location is only 8 mins from the Arenal National Park and that's an amazing hike to do while in the vicinity.

Andres was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
