The Host is very nice. He gave me a ride into town when I first arrived to show me where restaurants, stores, the border crossing, etc. are located. This made it easier for me to walk there later, about 1 km. When I departed, he also gave me a ride to the Costa Rican immigration offices for me to get the exit stamp on my passport before exiting through Panama immigration at the border. This saved me having to lug my suitcase around. The property is beautiful, safe, quiet, and well-equipped. The AC worked well. Excellent WiFi and TV with free Netflix. There is hot water in the shower (most Paso Canoas Airbnbs do not have hot water!). The stone and tile work on the floors and walls are incredible. This could easily be the best Airbnb in Paso Canoas.

This apartment provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk, and free Wifi. The accommodation offers a concierge service, private check-in and check-out, and currency exchange for guests.

The owner is a very kind and informative gentleman . He speaks perfect English. He sets an example of excellence for his staff. And they, the staff, follow his example very well, they were excellent, too. The room was nicely appointed with a great view, especially of the city lights at night. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Although, for its mountaun location and elevation, an extra blanket would have been welcomed for the cool nightly temperatures. We enjoyed a nice, quiet, and relaxing evening sitting in the outside dining area just before going to bed. We drove in from Panama and continued our drive to the San Jose, Purisil area the next day. Breakfast is complimentary. My wife and I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The seafood soup and rice deserve recognition as the best we've tasted!

Good central location a ten minute walk from the bus station. I had a basic ground floor room without balcony but with air condition. Simple breakfast is included in the restaurant on site. Good value for the money. The staff kept my luggage at the reception after checkout for free until my trip continued in the afternoon.
