Daniel met me at the airport and took me to the spacious property, which is well equipped. he explained everything that I needed to know. Good location, with short walk to a square with restaurants/bars and shops, then a short walk to centre of town. In the other direction is a small modern supermarket (Sucata) with small cafe/bar attached. Just beyond that is a pleasant restaurant.

The property is in a developing neighborhood so it's mostly locals, no tourists and therefore really safe. The owner of the property was fantastic. We couldn't ask for more. We actually booked twice because of how welcomed we felt. If I ever go back to Cape Verde I would book his property again.
