The ladies working in service are working crazy hours (one worked every day from breakfast until late evening). The spa wasn't very busy which was nice, since noone would mind us entering with our kids. I genuinly liked the place and I would recommend it to friends. Although dinner is pricy, lunch options were great and very affordable. I guess everything else has been mentionned already in other reviews.
