So nice. Booked one night, but wished we had booked 3! Albrect and Maria Gietzen were so helpful. Albrect met us at the station even though it was a 4 minute walk. We received free bus tickets to Burg Eltz and restaurant recommendations in the nearby towns (10 minute train ride). Room was comfortable with a great bathroom and balcony right in the winery. Fabulous Rieslings to buy right there for 12€. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. We were traveling by bicycle and the luggage transfer service delivered our bags to the wrong town. They volunteered to drive us to collect our bags, saving us a 1+ hour train trip! Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing. Highly recommend; one of the best meals we had in Germany.

I liked everything! Claudia is so friendly and welcoming. The house is perfectly clean, and soooo cosy, feels like home. So many lovely details in the decor. The garden is so pretty!     The appartement was so spacious, modern and super clean!!! I mean, really really really clean!!! The bathroom was also superb!!!! Everything just perfect except the location. It's in a small village. There was no bakery, cafe or supermarket in the village. You have to go to other village to buy things.
