Great location close to coffee, shops, and food… Close enough to take a walk over to the iron bridge and head over to the old part… Plenty of restaurants around… Really beautifully done building with excellent rooms. The beds were comfortable, beautiful shower and bathroom.

Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly. Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice. Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.

Without mincing words, this property is one of the cleanest I’ve lodged in. The bathroom is sparkling clean, likewise the room itself. The attention to details by the house keeping staff is truly commendable and top notch. The reception team was warm, friendly, and made me feel welcomed. The facilities, including the efficient cooling system, contributed to a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt, and I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip!

    The rate was so cheap and they gave me so many facilities. It was very clean, in the city centre. The AC in my room wasn’t working. So, they wanted to offer me a new room, but I didn’t want to move. So, to compensate they gave me a fan and free breakfast which was not even included in my deal. The staff are very helpful. Loved the Nespresso.

    The hotel was very nice. The shower temperature was very stable, the toilet and bathroom was very clean and the soap smelled good. The bedroom/ living space was very clean and comfortable and there was air conditioning which made the room very comfortable and breathable. They had a kettle and cups and had clean towels. Overall very good, the hotel is in an ideal location in the city center and there was breakfast provided, which was good. Definitely value for money and would highly recommend. 10/10.

    The staff on hand when we arrived and before via chat were very helpful. There was a miscommunication with our booking but the staff sorted it no problems. Ideal location just 15 minutes from Frankfurt centre and the u-Bahn stop right outside the apartments. Very clean and modern aswell as spacious rooms. The value for money especially during euro 2024 was very good.

    Very nice hotel and very friendly staff, everywhere was very clean and my room was in very good condition. It was nice to stay there. Breakfast was also very good. The location of this hotel is ideal for me, as it is very close to the central train station and metro. Famous places and the center are also very close, just 30 minutes on foot.
