Spacious appartment, with extremely nice owners. A large soft and lush bed. A perfectly fine bathroom (Nice and clean), with a good shower. In the morning you are treated to an excellent breakfast at a table with a lovely view of the village, the breakfast is classic and extensive and quite instagramable if you're into that kind of thing. We were a bit late due to traffic and the owners were really kind about it. An absolute recommendation from us!

Very modern hotel, great automated check-in process. Easy to find from the highway, there's plenty of free parking on the premises. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped, good shower. It was strangely difficult to find out when the breakfast was starting, but at 7:00 it was going on and definitely worth getting up for. There I also met the super friendly staff. From the hotel it's a short trip into the Harz region, or back on the highway if you use this as a stopover.
