A delightful little single bedroom basement flat. Roomy, well appointed, comfortable, airy and cool in summer. Has a LR/DR with entertainment and TV, fully supplied kitchenette, and very large WC with modern clothes washer, though laundry must hang dry. The owner is responsive and owns a handyman service on the property, very helpful upon request.

The view from the house is so pleasant: front side is to the lake, back side is to a grass space and one side is to the neighbour's garden. The house has 2 full bath rooms upstairs and a toilet downstair in the living room, these are very convienient for us. The amenities are very good. The dock is just in front of the house, a few minutes walk, where we can rent bikes to go around, buy coffee/snacks and hear live music from the local. We walked along the shore and through the village, watched beautiful sunsets while enjoying local wine and good food at the edge of the island. The area is serene and peaceful, farmer/village/resort ambience with lake location
