It is quite unusual. The building itself is a tube. And it is planned very smart way: the place is small, there is no space which is not used. But due to smart planning everything is convenient and comfortable. The parking is nearby and easy to access. I really enjoyed the place.

Had fabulous room with well-stocked kitchenette (as an American I especially appreciated ice tray in fridge!), table for meals and separate seating area for reading, chilling; also there was a great picnic table off the courtyard for smoking, another great place to relax. Conveniently located for bike rides in surrounding countryside. Also, secure locked space off courtyard for bikes, much appreciated.

Exceptionally well designed and equipped room and facilities, such as bathrobes and the floating sauna on a boat. Staff was very helpful. Overall a pleasant atmosphere in a great location, in particular for people biking along the river Elbe.
