The staff here were incredibly kind. I was having an international emergency, having lost a passport. I would be traveling to downtown Munich the next day to go to the US Embassy. Every single staff person here was outstanding and kind. From a woman checking me in, to a young woman waiter, who saved a table for me, to the woman who made me scrambled eggs and called my taxi.
