The hotel is located in the city center, so we can walk and travel to most of the main attractions very easily. All staffs (both at the reception and restaurant) are very nice and helpful. Also, they are fluent in English, so it is very effective to communicate with them. The best thing is their eagerness to give me the kind hospitality. When I asked them a favor for important issue about the room condition as my health problem, they responsed my message promtly and tried their best to accommodate me in the very suitable room which makes me and my family feel impressed so much. The breakfast is good and delicious. The room is spacious and well-functioned. I LOVE everything about this hotel.

The man working at the front desk was amazing when we checked in. We were running late and he called to see if everything was OK. The room was clean, well furnished, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly large, with plenty of options. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to do a little work in the morning. No complaints.

I am originually from the area and we were visiting my mother who lives right around the corner. The cottage had everything we needed while traveling with a four year old and even had an outdoor space where our son could explore. The owners were amazing and even allowed us use their private parking spot. While I speak both German and English, my partner only speaks English and the owners spoke English well. We visit Germany every two years and this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We will definitely stay here again and I have encouraged my siblings to do the same the next time they visit.
