Excellent experience. I am a retired solo traveler from Canada. Stayed 2 weeks plus and found it great. The price is excellent and more than competitively priced. Accommodations are clean, quiet, safe, and convenient, with restaurants, stores, and the historic center nearby. The metro (Tranvia) to and from the airport is two short, smooth blocks away. I doubt there are better more economical rooms available. Enjoy! PS. breakfast included. The name is Hotel Balcon del Arte and the entrance is a hole in the wall. Reception is about 7m back of the street through 2 security doors with buzzers.

Location was great. It had a parking space and was in a secure location. It was roomy with 2 baths and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was okay, it would have been nice to have had a few more cooking utensils and cleaning supplies, but we were able to prepare breakfasts before heading out on our adventures. It was okay.

The location is conveniently located and has a little mart nearby that you can use to buy laundry detergent for the washing machine. Also has a balcony and the view is great. Kitchen too. You feel like a local. Greeter is nice too.

A great location within walking distance of all major attractions. Great renovated property mixing old Cuencan charm with alll modern convemiences. Very quiet as the rooms are inside two beautiful courtyards. Great Host and service. Great value for money. Look no further, Le Fabrique is the place. Great internet speed also and NetFlix on the Smart TV. Very well maintained and great bed with very good quality bed linnen and room amenities. Very quick in house laundry service.

The room was well kept and the staff were such amazing people they always try to help in every way. Not to mention the wifi was super fast. Steaming hot water. Again the staff helped me with every question I asked. Another great thing is the location is 5-10 minutes from every hot spot to go to.
