Our child is learning how to crawl and the flat was perfect for that. Having an elevator in the building was perfect as we had to take a stroller upstairs. The heating during winter was also spotless and adjustable. We requested infant bed and asked for feeding chair for the baby. The chair could have been cleaner though, but good that it was available.
