Taha and other stuff are really nice and willing to help The decoration of room feels like home rather than a hotel, rooftop is really beautiful and quiet. Saw the sunrise and sunset both. Near the two beaches, very beautiful under the sea. Rays and at least ten species of fishes, much better than snorkel on the boat

Our stay at Serenity Alma was truly perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively addressing our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendly and professional approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The aqua park was the highlight of the trip for our kids, offering a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. It was clear that the facilities were thoughtfully designed with families in mind, providing a safe and fun environment that both children and parents could enjoy. The food was another standout aspect of our stay, far exceeding our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors impressed us all, and even our picky eaters found dishes they loved. Everything was 10/10 I have travelled to a number of places and stayed in luxury hotels but this hotel definitely is up there! Extremely happy with everything! Staff were helpful, extremely accommodating and helpful Especially Rahim who was in contact with me all the stay even after his working hours . Best food we have had at an all inclusive resort, all the meals are well curated.

    Hotel and grounds are beautiful. It is very clean, tidy and very well maintained. The hotel room was spotless. Cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Swimming pools are beautiful and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel staff always smiling and couldn't do enough. Good selection of food. Drinks served outside are poured into reusable hard plastic not the flimsy threw away cups. Also Paper straws provided which don't disintegrate in 5 minutes. The adults only pool is not busy and an ideal place to relax

    Everything was great, Taha our host was very helpful at all times and super friendly! They have great deals on tours, the beach is just crossing the street. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, with good internet, good water pressure, and a lot of very useful accessories like clothes hanging line in the bathroom. Great location.
