Sant Elm is the perfect size - with 10 or so lovely restaurants/cafes and a few shops. It was recently remodelled. Very clean. Perfect location to walk around (also go uphill to see the windmill). Plenty of parking spaces in front of place. In the lobby there is tea and coffee. The communal pool was spectacular and very clean. The location was super only a few steps to the beach and some small restaurants.
